We build the website, CRM, forms, follow-up, and review requests for you. Your part is choosing a design and sending us your brand details, photos, and information about your homes. AI tools help with social posts and messages after launch.
Ongoing access to the platform: website hosting, social scheduling, email and text marketing, the CRM, and the review tools, plus updates and support. The $1,499 setup fee covers building and launching your system.
A directory listing, including the Sober House Directory, helps people find you. The Marketing Engine is what happens next: your own website and apply button, follow-up that runs automatically, a record of every applicant and referral source, and reviews that build trust.
