Zero Tolerance Sober Living
Zero Tolerance Sober Living is a collective of sober living homes based in Massachusetts serving both men and women in recovery from addiction ran by Bee Flores. Bee supports his guests by leading with attention and care. He is actively involved in his community as he does ministry at the Broken Chains Biker Church.

Mission & Vision
At Zero Tolerance, our mission is to empower individuals in recovery by fostering structured, supportive, and inclusive sober living environments. Through our cooperative network of independently operated recovery homes, we provide the resources, community, and accountability needed to rebuild lives and achieve lasting sobriety. We are committed to inspiring hope while promoting independence and resilience, creating a foundation for brighter futures in every community we serve.
Zero Tolerance Recovery Home Leadership
Bee is most passionate about helping ex-convicts reintegrate into society and turn their lives around, just as he was able to do. Having walked the same path, he understands the struggles of re-entry—finding employment, securing housing, and rebuilding trust with family and community. His mission is rooted in personal experience and a deep conviction that transformation is possible for anyone willing to put in the work.
With the grace of God, Bee was able to break the cycle of incarceration and addiction, proving that a new life is within reach. He credits his faith as the foundation of his recovery and success, believing that without a higher power—whatever form that may take—change becomes nearly impossible.
“Without a higher power, whatever it is that you believe in, we are nowhere,” Bee says. “I want to get people through the doors and show them the paths to change their lives.” For Bee, it’s not just about offering support—it’s about being a guide, a mentor, and a living testament to the fact that redemption is possible. Whether it’s through sober living programs, job opportunities, or simply a listening ear, Bee is dedicated to lighting the way for those ready to take their second chance.

Operator Expectations & House Rules
The Zero Tolerance Sober Living homes adhere to the Vanderburgh Sober Living (VSL) House Rules, ensuring consistency in structure, accountability, and support across all our recovery homes. These rules are designed to foster a respectful and recovery-focused environment for all guests.
Individual homes may establish additional guidelines or requirements tailored to their unique needs or circumstances. Specific house rules may address factors such as curfews, visitor policies, or additional recovery-focused activities. These adjustments ensure each home operates in a way that best supports its guests while maintaining the shared mission of recovery and empowerment.
Guests are expected to review and agree to the house rules upon admission and during orientation. Any questions or clarifications regarding the rules or specific home requirements can be directed to the house mentor or leadership team.
Our shared commitment to these principles ensures a supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives and achieve lasting recovery.
