Men/Miracles of Dignity Recovery Home Leadership

Noel works to ensure his guests have the best foundation to rebuild their lives. “My goal is to have houses that empower the guests to make their own decisions. I want to help them be prepared to go back to independent living, or to go to independent living for the first time in their lives.” He chose to run sober homes because he saw it as a way to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those battling addiction. For him, it’s not just about providing a roof over someone’s head; it’s about fostering a sense of community, accountability, and hope. He believes that a structured and supportive environment can be the foundation for someone to rebuild their life and achieve lasting recovery. Watching guests grow, heal, and rediscover their potential inspires him every day. It’s a mission close to his heart, driven by his commitment to helping others find a brighter future.

Beyond just offering shelter, Noel emphasizes the importance of personal growth and responsibility within his homes. He encourages guests to take ownership of their recovery journey, whether through employment, education, or giving back to the community. By instilling a sense of purpose and self-sufficiency, he hopes to break the cycle of addiction and instability that many have faced. His approach is rooted in compassion but also in the belief that real change happens when individuals are given both support and the tools to stand on their own. Through his dedication, he has seen lives transformed—people who once felt lost now find confidence, stability, and a renewed sense of hope for the future.

Operator Expectations & House Rules

The Men/Miracles of Dignity (MoD) Sober Living homes adhere to the Vanderburgh Sober Living (VSL) House Rules, ensuring consistency in structure, accountability, and support across all our recovery homes. These rules are designed to foster a respectful and recovery-focused environment for all residents.

Individual homes within the MoD collective may establish additional guidelines or requirements tailored to their unique needs or circumstances. Specific house rules may address factors such as curfews, visitor policies, or additional recovery-focused activities. These adjustments ensure each home operates in a way that best supports its residents while maintaining the shared mission of recovery and empowerment.

Guests are expected to review and agree to the house rules upon admission and during orientation. Any questions or clarifications regarding the rules or specific home requirements can be directed to the house mentor or leadership team.

Our shared commitment to these principles ensures a supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives and achieve lasting recovery.
