Kayaly Recovery
Kayaly Recovery is a collective of sober living homes based in Rhode Island, serving both men and women in recovery from addiction. Run by Frank Moreau, the program is committed to providing a safe, supportive environment for individuals seeking to rebuild their lives in sobriety. Frank has worked with the recovery community for 14 years and has served as an executive member of the Ocean State Coalition of Recovery Houses for over 10 years, advocating for high standards in sober living. His experience and leadership have helped shape Kayaly Recovery into a trusted resource for those transitioning from treatment to independent living. With a focus on accountability, peer support, and structure, Kayaly Recovery aims to empower residents to achieve long-term sobriety and stability.

Mission & Vision
At Kayaly, our mission is to empower individuals in recovery by fostering structured, supportive, and inclusive sober living environments. Through our cooperative network of independently operated recovery homes, we provide the resources, community, and accountability needed to rebuild lives and achieve lasting sobriety. We are committed to inspiring hope while promoting independence and resilience, creating a foundation for brighter futures in every community we serve.
Kayaly Recovery Home Leadership
Frank is a passionate advocate for individuals in recovery, dedicating his life to providing a structured environment where people can rebuild and reclaim their futures. His deep well of life experience—shaped by years of traveling the world in sales and marketing, as well as his extensive work in real estate—has given him a unique perspective on resilience, adaptability, and the power of transformation. Now, he channels all of those skills into his true calling: helping people in recovery find stability, purpose, and a path to long-term success.
For Frank, recovery isn’t just a possibility—it’s a promise for those willing to commit to the journey. “Every person who comes to my home has a 100% opportunity to get well,” he says. “When they come in, they’re on the road to recovery.” He firmly believes that with the right support, structure, and community, anyone struggling with addiction can turn their life around.
Frank’s sober living homes are built on this philosophy. Every aspect of his residences is designed with the comfort and well-being of his guests in mind, fostering an atmosphere of accountability and encouragement. His goal isn’t just short-term sobriety but recovery for life—helping individuals develop the tools and mindset necessary to create lasting change. Through his work, Frank provides not just a place to stay, but a foundation for a new beginning.

Operator Expectations & House Rules
The Kayaly Recovery homes adhere to the Vanderburgh Sober Living (VSL) House Rules, ensuring consistency in structure, accountability, and support across all our recovery homes. These rules are designed to foster a respectful and recovery-focused environment for all guests.
Individual homes may establish additional guidelines or requirements tailored to their unique needs or circumstances. Specific house rules may address factors such as curfews, visitor policies, or additional recovery-focused activities. These adjustments ensure each home operates in a way that best supports its guests while maintaining the shared mission of recovery and empowerment.
Guests are expected to review and agree to the house rules upon admission and during orientation. Any questions or clarifications regarding the rules or specific home requirements can be directed to the house mentor or leadership team.
Our shared commitment to these principles ensures a supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives and achieve lasting recovery.
