Freedom Housing Empowered by Faith is a sober living home for men located in the close-knit community of Vine Grove in northern Hardin County, Kentucky.
This home is designed for men in early recovery from substance use disorders who are ready to take the next step after treatment, incarceration, or another structured program. Here, guests find a safe, faith-centered, and accountable environment where they can rebuild their lives with dignity, structure, and community support.
Operated by Freedom Housing Empowered by Faith under the leadership of Founder & Executive Director Victoria Bowman, this Vine Grove men’s home is part of a growing network of recovery residences serving communities in Kentucky. Victoria’s mission is simple and powerful: to offer the same second chances she received by providing stable, faith-driven housing and wraparound support to those ready to start again.

Guests live together in a peer-supported, alcohol- and drug-free home, with clear expectations, house rules, and daily routines that support long-term recovery.
All-inclusive sober living rent payments are due in a timely manner and are not currently covered by insurance or subsidies. Rent includes:

This deposit is due on or before your move-in date. It is only refundable if you complete the intake process, and if you give 30-days’ notice. Please be prepared to meet your financial obligations.

She leads with both heart and discipline, drawing on her own lived experience in recovery, time in structured programs, and years spent rebuilding her life through education, work, and faith.

Vine Grove is a small, close-knit city in northern Hardin County, part of the Elizabethtown–Fort Knox metropolitan area.
