Meet Cheryl Lattan: Counselor, Realtor & Pastor with a Heart for People
With more than five years of experience working at a drug rehabilitation center—followed by two decades as a mental health counselor—Cheryl has had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of men and women on their journey toward healing.
She has also served as a Realtor with Keller Williams for the past twenty years, helping people find homes, build stability, and create better lives. For the past fifteen years, she has served as a Pastor, called to minister to, support, and love people at every stage of life.
“Because I love people… because I’ve seen the power of recovery, transformation, and home… I can think of no better way to combine all of this experience than by opening a sober-living residence where dignity, comfort, and community matter,” she shares.

Most of our homes are operated by independent, self-employed Owners/Operators—like Cheryl—who bring their passion and expertise to local communities. Through our Charter Program, Vanderburgh Sober Living provides a platform for individuals to start and operate their own sober homes with full operational, branding, and community support.
