Our Calderia Home is our flagship home in Worcester, offering beds for men and women. Located above our sober house management office, Calderia offers a strong recovery environment in a quiet residential setting, close to shopping and across from Indian Lake.
Residents enjoy spacious common rooms with very well–preserved historic detail, modern amenities, and comfortable bedrooms. There is ample off-street parking, laundry, two kitchens, many bathrooms, and handicap accessible bedroom space located on the first floor.

All-inclusive rent payments are due weekly or monthly and are not covered by insurance or subsidies.

The recovery community in our Elm Home is young and vibrant, led by an experienced House Manager who lives in the home and is available for support, coaching, and encouragement. Residents are engaged in the sober home community as well as the broader recovery community in Worcester. This sober house is operated by Vanderburgh House. Some Vanderburgh House sober homes are independently owned and operated by franchisees of the Vanderburgh House system. This home is operated by the Vanderburgh House organization itself. As one of our oldest homes, the Germain Estate has offered sober housing for women in Worcester since early 2016.
